Simple notch filter to kill off peak?

So it seems no matter what setup I have in my car, it always tends to peak a bit at 40-45hz.

Is there any simple way to lower the signal in that region without affecting above 45ish, and below 38-40? Without having some really expensive sound processor.

My deck is the Pioneer DEH-6000UB

Lows amp is Clarion DPX11500

Subs - two JL 12W6V2

Box - 4CU@32Hz with 64" port area, firing into the car. Even when I had it not sealed off and firing towards the trunk lid I had that peak, same with a previous setup (DD 2515 on Kaption D1000.1) and the one before that.
