SI Mag D2 box question

Hey guys im almost positive im gettin 2 12" mags. would you guys reccommend porting them or keeping them sealed...i listen to mostly rap and rock. id want prolly 60/40 spl/sq. i'll be sending them around 500watts each and upgraded if i want to later on. and what size enclosures would you guys suggest for sealed and ported. thanks for the help

Go ported 2.5 each tuned to 30hz would do the trick these things dish out sweet bass for any type of music I'll be writing a review shortly.

how do they compare with the brahmas 12" in sound quality and output in a ported box @30hz-2.5 cu.ft.
