Shop to service amp?

My Tsunami 1100 seems to be acting up. Ill plug the RCA's in and the sub (RE HC) starts to pulsate violently, started happening about 2 weeks ago. Not sure if maybe the RCA's are bad.

Since the sub is Quad .8 ohm, i recently rewired it, but after about a week, the amp started acting up again.

Any clue as to what might be going on? Should i service the amp, or could it be something with the sub?

did you try it with different RCA's? Where's the gain on the amp set at...

It sounds to me as if your RCAs are messed up, chage them and let us know if it helps

Now you mean my RCA wires, or my RCA plugs on my amp?

wires...get new interconnects, and then try it...
