well it's getting close enough to be able to order everything that i need to start setting things in stone. subs are decided, 2 mag claws. seeing if i can get some ideas on front stage(under $300hopfully) running off ~200watts.

btw all qoutes are from 1 place to try and save hassle when ordering, opinions welcome.

pioneer 4800 ($150)

300a large case GM alt ($475)

powerbass xa 485, bridging for 210x2@4ohms ($245)

powerbass xa3000d ($630)

kicker dual amp kit ($90)

and with 2 rl i 8"s in the cart it comes to a **** hair under $2k(19xx.xx). I'd like to keep entire deal under 2k, including extra wire i'll need +set of comps. So i'll probably look elsewhere for the alt and maybe just a 250a. I'm thinking that the convience ordering most from 1 place will make up for saving a few bucks but any ideas welcome.

quickest option is to ditch matching amps and get a PA 3000db, was hoping for higher quality amp this time around though, any help bring these prices down ~$200

if you already decided on the claw mags why are buying rli 8's? also, you could probably save money by getting a knukonceptz wiring kit.

everything here is for 1 complete system, the 8"s, i'm gonna try to mount them in the armrest in the rear seats of another car sometime and might as well order, might only use 1 though. might look elsewhere for wire but thinking that i like the kicker kit.

Sounds good, but I would save just a few more bucks an get a IA 20.1 instead.

unless he gets on thats been used pretty good i dont see him buying a 20.1 for less than 600 dollars.

also all this will be great no matter if i change a couple things //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif lol thanks for idea though that just might happen, but frontstage is only thing i'm completly lost on. figure the stronger the midbass the less worries i'll have. this is first system geared slightly towards sq and don't want to lose it all on bad comps.

then go 3 way active with the dayton rs 7" midbass, a tangband 3" midrange, and a good silk tweeter. i eventually want to do exactly that and use the cal 25 tweet from my rainbow set, that would sound so sexy.
