Go with UPS or Fed EX. It will be kind of costly though.

Generally ligther items you wanna go usps, and fedex or ups for heavier items. Ups can be a b!tch if you are shipping something really big though, dunno about fedex.

edit just saw the item yea go ups or fedex. Shouldnt be too bad, make sure you package properly.

I shipped a Dual 12" sub box a while back and cost me **** near $50 to send it, but then again it went alot farther than 440 miles.

I cant really remember, I know it was about 800 miles. Get on UPS or FedEx website and you can calculate the shipping. You have to know the weight of the item and where it is going and you will have at least an estimate of the price.

with a scale...dont ship big thing with usps....i shipped my XXX and omg, fedex and dhl are the cheapest btw
