Shielding non shielded drivers

I finally crawled out of my car and purchased a AV receiver. I have a pair of Infinity SM 155, 120 and 80's to use for front and surround. I really like these speakers and have purchased a few spare mid ranges and tweeters for replacement as needed. Well now I need a center channel speaker that's tonal matched and would like to use one of my SM tweeters and two mids (and two new Adire Extremis 6.8 woofers) to make my own center channel speaker. Sorry so long-

CAN I SHIELD, OR BUCK, THESE NEVER PREVIOUSLY SHIELDED DRIVERS? What about kryptonite cabinets or something? Thanks for any input!!
