I have a Matco battery tool # BB 3B that uses a metal bar instead of brushes. It removes the terminal material well. I would guess with enough twists it would get the job done.

hahaha cuz i have a negative terminal umm connection i guess and i need it to fit on my positive terminal for my power wire. I can make do without it, i was just wondering if it were possible to shave it down. Might just buy the correct one.
