THE WHOLE THING!!!
I just picked up a 10" SX to "replace" my old, and worn 10" seXXX. Now, i've been using two eD nine.1's for competition, and only turn it up to the point where there is no clipping/bottoming out.
Supposedly the SX can take the power better than the seXXX, seeing as it has a better motor structure and a stiffer suspension. Now what boggles me is that i can't play the SX as loud as the seXXX!!!!
I played with both subs today, and in the same box, the same power, and playing the loudest note for each sub, these are the scores i came up with (SX ran first)
SX: 147.0 @4x hz (can't remember the exact note)
seXXX: 148.1 @ 44-45 hz
Please help me with this. It's really frustrating. How the hell is my old *** seXXX beating up a nice, freshly reconed SX?
