SETTINGS ON MY JL 500/1 WITH 2 10W3V3's

I have 2 JL 10 w3v3's under the seat of my silverado. theyre sealed, with .7ft3 each. I have them powered by a JL 500/1 mono, theyre running at 4ohms and i want to know how to set the settings on my amp so they sound the best. LMK thanks
