a true test would be on the meter. and i got a meter and ill drive over to a commercial spot that you know of and test amplifiers. i can tell you this i highly doubt the incrimanator audio amp is as loud as the orion. probably within a db but not as loud ive tested many many many amps. heres a list of the amps i can renember of the top of my head right now

powerbass 3000d

memphis 4000d

earthquake d3

and 5000

vr2000d

vr4000d

mmats d3000.1

treo 1500.1

soundstream xxx 6500

orion 2500

their all good amps. and i bet so is the ia 20.1 but its a 1800 watt amp its not fair to compare it to a 2500 watt amp. it does have one advantage it is strappable and for dbdrag that means it will stomp on one orion almost most likely. but in my test say you got 2 mmats d3000.1 off one battery and add another 2 amps you only gain 1 db if your lucky. it happens like that most of the time. and thats if you can keep the amps from turning off.

Ok, I'm in Ohio... I'm waiting, I can find NUMEROUS spots for us to test.

it was an offer for flakko lol i always love to test new amps. why is that? cause if i find something better i dump whatever amp im using and use that amp. THATS THE GOOD THING ABOUT NOT BEING SPONSERED i cant dump amps and buy new ones with no worries. if the Ia20.1 is stronger then the orion wich i can get a hold of if really needed then i would love to test it againts my memphis 4000d. and if its stronger then i know what im getting now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif but i highly doubt that amp will beat teh memphis or the orion. but only one way to find out.

No offense, but you'd better never see my amp. I'm not sending it to him for everyone to take a shot at it. I didn't shell out the $$$ for that.

Flakko, what resistive loads does USamps have? Like Scottie said, make sure it can dissipate 80A or slightly more (just to be safe). What's the testing procedure? 400A supply. I've talked to some more people and they all seem to agree that a 1 ohm is the lowest you'll need. So like 4, 2, and 1 would be cool. 12, 14, 17V? 12, 13.8, 14.4, 16V?

will you be setting the gains with an o-scope? then just burping them with the loads?

Do I need to get my amp from Cincinnati today?

(It's the only chance I'll have to get it this weekend.)
