Don't forget to stroke their dick a little. You should preface that statement with some b.s. along the lines of;"I want to work for an exciting and innovative organization such as XYZ Corp, where my qualifications and skills will allow me to be an asset not only in this position but also a continued asset to the company in the future when additional opportunities arise."

Those are the easy questions if you can't answer those you don't want nor deserve the job...
wait till they ask you.

"Why shouldn't we hire you"

and

"What are your negative qualities?"

Meh, those aren't too bad.

Worst one I'd heard of was a guy who opened a job interview by sitting his standard BIC pen in front of the interviewee and said "Sell me this pen". I **** reasonably bad at sales, so that one would have me shitting bricks.

Obviously don't have to worry about this one if you're an engineer or something.

I always like the negative questions. My response has always been to turn it around into a positive.

ie My worst quality is that I am a sometimes a perfectionist. I always feel the need to do whatever I can to make my work as perfect as possible, and sometimes this takes longer than it should.

Interviewer: So, you're saying that if I hire you, your productivity is going to be substandard? How will I know you'll be able to meet deadlines? We are an efficiency and productivity focused company, why would I hire someone who will not be able to meet our objectives.

If your focused on just pushing sub par products out the door then I'm not the one for you. But if your interested in a hardworker who will put in the extra time to put a quality product out on time then I am the one for you.
