what do yall think about puttin 3 12" rockford HE2's in a 65 gto? i was thinkin of runnin em all three in a triple style sealed box all three in seperate chambers! and i was gonna use a power acoustik amp but i dunno what size? 1600, 1800 , 2000, 2400 or what i need to know hoe much power? al the subs combined will be 2400 watts max! and i also need to know how to place them and if the triple chamber box idea will be ok?

Peak wattage doesnt mean crap, If you did this you could send em 1200WRMS and they would be happy. If you got DVC 2 ohm subs, you could wire them to 3 ohms and use a PG Tantrum 1200.1.

if i got about a 1600 watt amp and ran it down to 2 ohms would it do the job?
