say you had an fully regulated amp and impedance didn't matter in terms of power. would anything ab the subs t.s parameters change? or would it respond the same assuming the box stays the same?

It should respond the same. The T/S parameters stay the same. The power per coil would remain the same. The only way that you would have a difference is if the amp reacts differently to the loads.
