I am looking for an aftermarket stereo that has separate buttons for various inputs. I can't stand hitting a single "band" button to cycle through them all. Unfortunately, most single-din aftermarket units I've seen do not have that option. Honestly, my favorite interface is a simple factory radio like in my wife's 2004 Toyota Sienna, which has nice BIG buttons for each function (granted, the AUX and CD functions are combined, but I can live with that). My car ('95 Saturn SL1) has a double din slot (although it currently has a single-din adapter installed). I'd be willing to go with either single or double size to get what I want. I also want something with an AUX-in jack (front or rear, preferrably rear so that I can route it under the dash), and a CD player that will handle MP3 files. I'm thinking of just buying a used Toyota stereo, but that will require getting an adapter for the AUX input, which seems like a big cost for something that could come pre-installed.
Any ideas?
