alright so im sellin shit on ebay and this kid won the auction but than emails me and tells me it won't fit him so i should second chance it... i sent an invoice to him but, can i leave a negative feedback for him and than second chance it? i mean i used to bid on shit i didnt want because i wanted to up the price for other fuckers who would outbid me so im sure thats what he did or something if not i still want to teach him a lesson.

On a side note, I bought a dirt bike off ebay from a guy in town. It was worth $4500 but I got it for $3000. I thought he was going to try and get out of it, but was happy to sell it when I showed up. Win for me!

just tell him to pay or you will file an unpaid item dispute.

No, you cannot make someone pay. You can only wait and see if they do. If they don't, you have to open an unpaid item case and if the buyer doesn't respond to it (sometimes they will if they see a case opened against them) then after 7 days, you can close it and receive an insertion fee credit back so that you can relist the item again for free.

You also as a seller cannot leave a negative against a buyer. Only a positive once they pay. Opening a case against them does not actually 'hurt' their account like negative feedback does. eBay is heavily geared toward the buyer, at least in my experience
