anyone on hear use it? thinking about getting some for my doors, or just saving up a whole lot more money and buying dynamat or fatmat

Peal and Seal?? lol. yea i used it in my jeep not too long ago and i did 3 layers on the roof since it was only $12/roll and it helped out alot. But i still say save for something like fatmat regular 25sq ft for something like $30-$40 shipped its like 5 sheets of 40"x18" plenty for doors

I've heard mixed reviews on it. I personally wouldn't use it. I'd either go with Sound Deadener Showdown - Your Source for Sound Deadening Products and Information

Or Sound Deadening Materials for Noise Reduction from Second Skin

Depending on exactly what you need and which has the best price for it.

has a nice tar smell to it kinda gives you headaches, and falls off when hot out. lol. worked in my jeep but hated it

If you're not going with a product specifically made for the task(SDS is great stuff) then at least get a butyl based product with no asphalt.

i did my two front doors and back cab wall for ~$50 from SDS. those cld tiles are amazing for vibrations

I use Second Skin. I like their products. Ive got another door pack and 27sq ft of CCF on its way on top of the 120sqft I already have in my car.

Do it right the first time and you never have to worry about it falling off or messing up.

I used second skin damplifier and it's great, also have raamat on my doors and it's another great product

How big of a difference can people tell between damplifier and damplifier pro?

I have both fatmat and Second skin damp/pro in my car and both have held up. SS is higher quality though.

Peel and seal most say is the same as the cheaper fatmat...
