To the O.P. get a good alarm or lay down a peice of mdf the exact shape of your trunk and screw your box to that. They could get it out but it would be a bish.

what i did:

depends on rather or not you have power trunk release or not...

Find your button and follow it acouple feet to a hidden place. splice into the 12v wire and put a toggle switch inline.( if your release is not operable with the car on dont worry about it..) That way if my remote trunk release fails i can flip the switch over and use the cars. However if the hole release mechnism is broken it would take time to find a way to open it through the back of the trunk...( make sure you find a way first incase it happens)

for a wire driven release i have no idea put i can't see it being to diffacult..

as for the lock part:

in my car, i simply detached the part behind were the trunk key goes. took me 30 seconds.

This way the only way to get into my trunk would be if you had alot of time and many crowbars, so i hope...certaintly takes alot longer then simply breaking into the car and pressing a button or busting the lock cylinder

Thanks a bunch Sb i will have to get someone to help me with relocating th trunk release button but as for the lock i think i could do that myself what would that part look like id be lookn for?

He doesn't use Audiobling anymore,he made a post about how everyone was right about audiobling ******* and he now knows why and blah blah blah...

He is now using some Pioneer sub TS-W306C/DVC.

BTW Audioblinguser.....stop buying subs because of their PEAK power handling and start using the RMS as a standpoint otherwise the same thing that happened to your audiobling is going to happen to your Pioneer.
