Security alarm question

hey guys,

I am installing a new system into my car next week, I am looking to install a alarm also. I don't know which is good and which is bad. i am basically looking for a good one. i dont' need anything too superb, but i would like something better then average, my price range is about 250-300 bucks. if you can please list a few reconmended ones and prices if you have them. thanks again guys.

when an alarm system says that it has keyless entry, does your car have to have power door locks in order to use this feature?

You can install aftermarket actuators if your car doesnt have power locks. After that, you can install switches inside the car if you want. Do you want two way paging? LCD remote?

Well i am not sure if i have actuators installed in my car already or not? when i bought it was had no power door locks and i had the factory alarm installed throught he dealer (KARR alarm), After the dealer put the alarm in it would only unlock the driver side when unarming the alarm, but doesn't unlock the passenger side. do you think there is an inactive actuator in the passenger side or do you think they dealer just installed an actuator on the driver side only? I want to get a fairly good alarm to protect my system, but what are the benefits of having a two way paging feature and LCD remote?
