Secondary battery reading low. Help appreciated.

Back story - im running a dual battery setup with a 370 amp alt. monday this week my primary car battery died so i replaced it. Now my secondary battery reads at 11v and subsequently my salt amp shows 11v on the bass knob.

Im thinking i probably need to remove the second battery and put a trickle charger on it as it was probably drained when the first went out?

You should remove it and have it load tested at a parts store.

Sounds like you blew a fuse in the power wire going to your second battery.

I always charge my new batteries over night before installing . If one is bad I check the other and charge it over night to full potential also. I use a Norco 10 G.Great little Charger

I checked the fuse and it was blown. Not sure how or when that happened. Ill remove the secondary battery tonight and put a trickle on it just to try and match the new deep cycle primary.
