No i think he is just stating an opinion and citing it with a reason for why he feels that why, Or he could possibly be trying to damage you and you company. I'll let you decide lolSo you are tyring to damage me and my company by posting these threads?

I wouldn't be surprised if what the OP posted is exactly how it went down. After reading this http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=403867
This http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15102

I believe Ant acted just as the op said. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/imo.gif.3a57bcc70a4835dc53e86ffae1a0b041.gif
I'd say if you are willing to soak up all the positive feedback and publicity that this, and other sites give you, you should be able to take a little negative feedback as well. It's all part of business. So you are tyring to damage me and my company by posting these threads?

It's quite different when you run a business though. This forum is an open market and you are not running a business only offering us your used good anyways.I get tired of all you ****s lowballing me and PMing me trying to get my shit dirt cheap as well.. Occasionally I will be a **** sucker as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
Bad analogy. SS isn't a bar. OP's friend did not ask for free drinks/SS products. How many repeat customers can you have with deadener? Well, maybe SS does since he recommends MASS amounts. Layers upon layers of silliness. 5 gallons of spectrum? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gifIf I kept getting calls from kids asking for discounts on b-stock merchandise I'd start to flip sh!t after a while too.
I've worked retail, and holy LORD it gets annoying to be constantly asked for overstock or expired items. If the company WANTS to sell that, they'll advertise it on the site, like GNC has their last-chance shelf with stuff that's about to run past its end date. But to be coming in cold and all "hey think you could make an exception just for me, a guy that doesn't plan on spending any appreciable money on your products?"
It's different to be giving deals to repeat customers, people who really boost the business and deserve to be cut a break since their business is highly valued. To -ask- for a special deal is a MAJOR dick move if you've NEVER done business with them. Yeah Ant may have handled it a little poorly, but y'know what? I don't care.
Let me draw an analogy. Bars will cut deals for good patrons. If you come in a lot and tip well, you're gonna get free drinks every so often. But if you've never set foot in that bar before and ask for free drinks you're gonna get *****ed out, and those tenders won't give a crap if they lose your business.
Well to be honest how many people deaden the ENTIRE vehicle their first time? Most just buy enough to line the trunk, then maybe get a whole bunch later if they liked what they got the first time. I heavily doubt many first-time customers are buying enough to line a whole car or truck. And then what happens if you get a new car? Repeat business!Bad analogy. SS isn't a bar. Again. FALSE. Giving a customer a deal is reciprocation. Good customers get treated well. You don't get special deals just because you asked for it. If SS wanted everyone to get b-stock they'd put it on the site. This was clearly a case of showing good will toward a good customer and some other kid thinking he could get in on it for no good reason.SS should treat every customer to the same. If you've sold B-stock to one customer, you better be ready to sell B-Stock to others.
Thing is, I don't own any SS and I don't have any stock in the company. For all I know it's a sh!t product anyway and the owners stomp puppies when they're bored. Don't care. Point is you don't ask to be cut a deal if you're not a steady customer. The OP is right to post this review thread. He might've gotten flamed for it, because SS is a boner brand, but he's posting his friends experience. The OP posted one side of the story, and SS posted the other. It's up to YOU to decided which to believe.
The OP had NOTHING to lose or gain in starting this thread. So I don't see the need for him to BS. SS on the other hand.. it'll benefit for him to BS about this customer service horror story.

SS sold B-stock to the OP. Was the OP a good customer? sounded like a first-timer to me..Again. FALSE. Giving a customer a deal is reciprocation. Good customers get treated well. SS should've expected these types of requests, especially in this economy. Because the OP's friend wasn't a repeat customer, that doesn't justify SS chewing him out over the phone for what OTHERS have done multiple times in the past. It's not his fault that many before him had asked for discounted b-stock items.Thing is, I don't own any SS and I don't have any stock in the company. For all I know it's a sh!t product anyway and the owners stomp puppies when they're bored. Don't care. Point is you don't ask to be cut a deal if you're not a steady customer.
Well, sure before the economy went south. Are guys buying a new car every two weeks and sound deadening a new car every other week.
Klein tools does make good screwdrivers.LOL @ thread. I knew there was a reason I never read sound deadening threads. The shit is usually retarded. It's like people praising a screwdriver manufacturer because their stuff turns screws well.
