Thats what i always use. Is there something better i should be looking at? And with what and why do you round the port? Does anyone have pictures of this. Is th 45 just for bracing?

I would assume it more for directional purposes to cut down own port noise. with out the 45 the air coming out the port would slam against flat surface and cause turbulence in the corner of the "L". with the 45 there it deflects the air around the turn. but then again i could be wrong.

yeah i have always been under the impress that round edges and 45's decrease turbulence.
