Search issue

Ive been trying to do searches both normal and advanced and all I get is the following error message...one my iPad and computer.

"connection to localhost:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)"

Board has been messed up for months with no help in sight. All we ever get is......IT can't recreate the problem......

It is cause IT is a bunch of lazy arseholes. And no one here cares......
