Sealing trunk off from cabin help?? [PICS]

How would you seal this off so there is no pressure going into the trunk area and it is all getting directed into the cabin. I know the gain may be minimal, but it will save my trunk as it is getting ripped apart and I am already going to have to get some welding done to the trunk brackets.

Also if I seal it off I won't have my rear deck flapping up and down as much.

I was thinking just get some mdf to meet up to where the opening is into the cabin and then maybe fiberglass???

Any other easier ways?

BTW that box is in there permanently it's not going anywhere

The top and bottom part of the box will be easy to meet right up with the opening it is the sides that are going to be difficult and I've never messed with fiberglass before

thanks mlstrass and all others. Just got back from the store with a shit ton of bubble gum, great stuff, and weather strip lol

yeah the 96-2000 civic trunks ****
