Thanks guys, I'm still tuning the amps and LC6i. I haven't covered the box yet with the vinyl. When I do cover it I'll seal the terminal plate and woofer rim.

just place some weather seal under the terminal cup and sub basket, and you should be good to go

Sealing is actually more vital with a ported box. The pressure inside is higher and any leaks will whistle like a mother.
