sealed enclosures

anybody near S.C. have a sealed setup I can demo?

I hear people saying they can get low end from their sealed enclosure, but I have never had any luck from this

or anybody with vids?

Wish I was around your area, but getting low depends on a few factors. The sub itself and the enclosure will make a big difference. You also need the proper amount of power. To give a quick example, I had an 18" TC 5200 off an RF t30001bd. Got extremely low and quite loud. I was changing my setup to make the enclosure smaller and add more power but in the mean time I had only changed the enclosure (2.4 cubes) and was running it off a single Alpine PDX 1.1000. Didn't get as loud and lost a lot of low end and wasn't as smooth.

I also want to say that you DON'T need an 18 to get low. I have used and heard a few 10's that get very low. Hope this info helps.

I know 10's can get low, as mine do quite well....I would just like to broaden my knowledge and experience of the sealed enclosures
