Hey fellas.
My sub is the JL 12w6v2. The manual and website both recommend a sealed box that's 18"W x 14H" x 12.75"D at 1.25 cu ft internal volume.
Yet they sell a 12w6v2 in a sealed box that's 24"W x 14-3/4"H x 12-1/2"D1 x 7-1/4"D2 at 1.45 cu ft internal volume (assuming 3/4" MDF). Sub is running on 350 watt RMS amp.
Which one should I build? Is the 1.25 cu ft recommendation on a sealed cab the "minimum size recommended?"
