I am upgrading my hard drive to a 250 so i have no use for my 40 gb. It has windows xp pro installed on it as well as microsoft office 2007 and adobe photoshop cs2. I will take offers for this. This hd was in my computer so i am unaware how old it is but i have had my computer for 6 months.

The speed is 7200 rpm and the interface is ata/100.

No CDS will be included

i have cleaned it up other then those programs listed. other then having those programs it is restored back to factory

the hd brand new is like 50-100 dollars adobe photoshop cs2 is like 500 dollars and microsoft office 2007 is like 450....of course i didnt pay that much for them i got them half off so i will sell the hd for 250 obo.....

Doesn't come with CDs but you have the Org. OEM or Retail CD Keys for the products? and if you have registered CS2 have you unregistered for the person that buys it?

Let me know, I'll be interested.

i know the drive itself new is around 50 dollars but wiht the money i have put into the os and programs i have no idea what to sell it for....this could always be used as a master and then use another for a slave...i just have no use for it as my new hd is big enough.

The Photoshop CS2 and Microsoft Office 2007 is what makes it worth some $$$
I am prob. wrong but, i don't think anyone will be able to use all the software because doesn't it get married to your chipset on mb ? Anytime i got a new mb and even cpu i would have to reformat, no ? If i am wrong, I'm sorry.. Not trying to dump.. I mean i'm sure you can extract some things but the os would be useless..

I am NOT 100% sure.. I do know, it would work if the buyer has exactly the same computer for instance, store bought like hp,dell etc... So you may want to post what kind of comp. and model# it is or just sell it as a regular hd.
