SD 125.2 help

Bought a used one 4 months ago from a vendor on here and just got around to installing it. Hooked everything up, no signal from the amp. Was checking rcas when I tried pulling one off this happened

It kinda just fell apart. Took it all out and opened it up. Not sure how to proceed from here although I'm fairly confident that this is the reason my front speakers weren't working. Anyone have any ideas for a fix? Or a reputable repair guy, hopefully local to St Louis lol

If the top of the amp is in bad cosmetic condition, I definitely owned it. Lol

Yeah it was beat up but it's going under a false floor in my trunk to never be seen again once installed. I'll show off my fancy rockford **oohs and ahhs. Lots of clapping ** and my old school Alpine. They are installed nice and neat
