Screen Stereo Needed!! Reasonable Price Please!

I have a 99 GMC Sierra, currently with an old unknown Pioneer Stereo..

I'm looking for for something new, nice, and up to date! Don't mind if its used, as long as it's I'm good condition! Basically looking for a touch screen or something that looks impressive!

Willing to spend money, but only on a 150-200$ budget.. Need any information or more details on what I'm looking for, please let me know!!
