Screen laggy/choppy while scrolling after formetting, easy fix?

I reformatted this computer a few days ago, and ever since Ive been having some 'choppy' problems or something while browsing the internet, when you scroll it goes all choppy like it cant keep up the lading or something. Even if you grab the bar on the right hand side of the the browser and drag it down it does it

Its not like the computer is slow or anything its 2.4ghz and a gig of ram, harddrive almost empty

I was watching a movie earlier to and it kinda seems to be slow aswell

But then threw on some **** (high quality of course) and it plays just fine. But browsing is always choppy.

It didnt do this before I reformatted, Im hoping its just a setting or something, the screen is a 22" and didnt come with the pc....

Find drivers from mfg website fo your card and downlaod jave and flash.

Yup, you're running without a video driver.
Also download Flash.

Ok I can get java and flash from download.com probly, but how do I do any sort of video driver update?

put the make and model of your pc in google and add "drivers" to the end

really not that hard
