Scion xB Box question?

tC is a completely total different car. Its a sporty coupe. You can put a family in the xB with a mobile entertainment system.

And besides I dont remember asking peoples opinions on what car to buy anyway, ha ha. I like the look because I bought it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

ya whuts up with people dissin on his car, he bought it because he liked it so what?

and does pyrmid make a 6.5 inch sub? if they do i think i will buy 6 of them cause pyrmid kicks ***!

Just kidding

He he he, i own 2(soon to be 3). There o.k in sealed boxes, more SQ but def not as loud as ported. But you can do a SQ port and it wont take up yo much space.

Sub zero is if you want to waste money on something you can build.

If I were to do a SQ port, is there anyway I can get a schematic from you. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I have built boxes in the past but have never done a port, just all seals. What kind of dimensions are we talking? Thanks for all the help supa, by the way.

Sorry, i donot have the skills in that area of car audio.

I do know Jmac and OLD_SCHOOL can do teh math in no time for a port.

What you need to do is measure how big you want the box, then plug those in to a sealed box calc, then you will get your net volume.

If you are going you use a brahma www.adireaudio.com has the specs on how big to build it SPL or SQ.

If you have any more q's just list them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

SQ port = tunning lower 25 hz or so , and tunning lower means more port length, port will be too long,

more port length = more port vol.

more port vol. = less internal enclosure vol.

that will end up with a negative enclosure net vol.

then u need to build a bigger enclosure for more internal vol.

tunning higher will decrease the port lenght

decreasing the port area will decrease port length.

( and again , i can be easily wrong ) correct me plz //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
