http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=149930 he posted like 8 times in one day. and he sent payment and expected me to send within 24hours. he even pulls som BS about giving me a positive rep but whatever. i havent sold much on here, but i have some sales with Naxis2k1, MSSOKC, Ksin291 etc... so i have some very good and long time users to back me up. he is the BLD25. i think im just gonna send the cash back. i can get 50 local for the amp.

The guy that bought the XXV-01D I had for sale paid this way ~ first time I ever received an eCheck. I got the email saying that funds were on the way but that they weren't there yet so do not ship until they were. When I explained the contents of said email to my buyer he simply said "Okay - please let me know when the funds clear and when the unit ships out," and that was that!
Sorry you've run into an impatient buyer, SATX. Sometimes (oftentimes) they're the worst kind.
x1 billion...thats why I'm seeing how the guy paid. If he is b1tching about having to wait for the money to clear...I'd tell him to stick it up his butt and send his money back. Absolutely - agreed 100%.
But I'm up front with any and all buyers and tell them outright that if they pay via a method that requires any kind of fund clearance before I actually, physically get paid (meaning that I can take and spend the money right that minute if I like) that i will wait until that clearance happens before the item in question leaves my possession.
*knock on wood* I guess I've been fortunate and haven't had anyone take issue with this policy so far...

yeah he sent on saturday and i told him as soon as it transfers i will ship which was yesterday. i just want to make sure it gets to my bank. for peace of mind. this guy pays me at 12pm and expects me to ship by the end of the same day knowing that i laid out the rules before the purchase. i wanted to send an invoice but he never gave me his email prior to payment. it just seemed fishy. and then getting 2-3 pm's a day and giving him the same answers. then today i explained the problem with my schedule and he tells me that i better not send it parcel post or he will neg. feedback me. i tell him it is going to be parcel post cuz i sold him the amp so cheap. i feel if i send it parcel hge is gonna do a paypal claim for some little bullshit. he is getting a **** good amp for a kileer deal. id rather keep it for my chopped VW project i am starting soon or for the next time i forget my GF's b-day.
Well if you have his money then and are waiting to transfer it to your bank...I'd be pissed off too, unless you mentioned this beforeI sent the $. i told him about all of my conditions prior to selling the item thru PM's, i wanted to send an invoice to keep everything legit. he never listened to me and sent me the money. i specifically wanted to do it my way so he couldnt turn shit around on me. his fault for not being able to follow directions. if he had done it thru my invoice he would have the amp already. i would have sent it out if he had paid thru a paypal invoice because thats all the proof i would need to fight any accusations. get what i mean?

thats just the thing, with paypal you have to wait to recieve the money until the bank clears it usually takes 3-6 days... that's why i make payments with CC through paypal now... the bank account crap sucks
