UPS ****ed me goood

Last september I paid in cash $105 for a brokerage fee (which is insane), I had to pay to be able to pick up my package.. zoom forward 4 months (january) and I get a phone call.. Apparently the were looking at their files and I owe them the money. I get a letter from a collection agency telling me im going to have to go to court. So I call up UPS and the lady at the 1-800 number is saying how she agrees I would of had to pay it to recieve the package.. she tells me she will file and investigation.

I dont hear from them, so I assume it was taken care off. Today, at the end of march, half a year later.. some guy named Steve calls me and tells me there is no way that I paid for it.. (now 6 months later I have no idea where the receipt is, probably in the trash.. 4 months ago, if I even got one) So I tell him "isnt it a possibility that however was working at the time just pocketed my cash." and I tell him how I was unable to get my package when it came to my door because I had to pay the fee BEFORE getting it.

He tells me "the papers say who was working, and I have known this guy for 5 years, he wouldnt do that" So im getting ****ed over big time and I Dont see how this wont go to court.. where I will still probably get ****ed over.

Any suggestions? He is calling back tomorrow at 1030..

6 months... and now its in the hands at some guy who works in the local store.. this is retarded. It was probably him. when I asked if I should come down and he said "no just let me call, since im the only one who is dealing with it" that was a little fishy.

go down there and raise hell. it should be in a policy somewhere stating that you have to pay before gettin your package and you already got your package so that should be proof that you paid for it. OR tell them your not paying b/c you havnt recieved your package yet and they cant find it but want you to pay anyways. lol anyways good luck with it.

i use the postal service for just about everything, not to mention i have these bad *** flat rate boxes that work magic. for example i forgot some of my shit last time i visited my mom. so i had her pile it all in the box and it got here the next day, only eight box for a box full of shit
