Not sure how I feel about this one...
1. He delivered the batery and sometime afterwards it was stolen and you have absolutely NO proof it was the seller.

2. Kind of your fault for leaving it out there in the first place. Yeah, it sucks that people steal but people always have so you should have known better.

When I purchase ANYTHING and it is going to be "dropped off" I ALWAYS, ALWAYS meet them somewhere! Even if it is only like a mile away from where you are staying. I don't tell peole my address nor do I usualy tell them how far I had to travel to meet them. Doing business like this directly from your place of residence is just asking for trouble IMO. Mark it up as a lesson learned and move on. It SUCKS but unless you have/get proof he did it, you are just SOL... As for paypal, I doubt they will refund you and I don't really think they should. Not unless you have proof it was him in which case, screw paypal, go through the police and make him give you the full retail value of a brand new one....

Who cares what you feel... I dont know why your not banned, you scammed someone out of a sub and are trying to sell it. Pathetic loser.

never meet at your house first of all. and then really what if it was not him. i would not of made a thread about it. people will steal anything so even if someone did not know car audio they would take it if the car was unlocked or mabye u did not even close the trunk.

Dude, you got a pretty big set of balls to come on here and post up that the guy that sold you the battery is a thief. I'd like to see you go into court to prosecute him for theft. I'm sure your proof that "I just know it was him, because it had to be" would surely get him convicted. By posting this thread, you've opened yourself up to one ***-ache of a lawsuit if the other guy really decides to get an attorney. He MAY be a thief, and he MAY have stolen your battery, but you need a little thing called PROOF. You "KNOWING IT HAD TO BE HIM" doesn't cut it.
