ok get this.. im in tampa for two days... spent the night, last night i met up with a kid from floridaspl, not sure if he is a member here.. but he said he was.. i paid him with paypal for a kinetik battery and i got it last night, he drove from lakeland or so to tampa... we met outside around 1 AM and he was with his friend.. he saw me open my dads trunk when i put the battery.. we talked for couple min etc... but i woke up at around 9:30 am or so, my dads trunk door is wide open and the battery is gone.. thats the ONLY thing gone in the car... psp and ipods still there..

why would u break into a car and only steal a battery?? cause it was him who sold me it....

he is now denying it etc.. and im trying to file a police report now..

his name on his paypal account i sent to, he claimed it to be his step dads...

his dad tried to say he is a good kid.. never would steal, and is going to college... BULLCRAP!...

well i got his address, name, phone, etc.. and why would someone just steal the battery and NOT psp, ipod etc right next to it lol..... WOW..

he tried telling me im a scammer.. thats why i use PAYPAL.. he said i was going to get the battery and refund my money.... he told me that and his dad told me that...

and i have a text where he tried telling me you can get free terminals from ace hardware if you have sticky fingers and pockets....

I'm not 100% sure I want to get rid of them now cause my bestfriend might be getting them. But I was talking to a guy from this area who had two Kinetik 2400's and a Kinetik 2000. The kinetiks were listed what I was asking but he needs cash bad so I know he would take less. And the Kinetik 2000 would be more than enough power for you and he told me he would sell it for $120 picked up. Thats the cheapest you will find a Kinetik 2000 and he told me he needed money and from looking at pics it wasnt the prettiest, but unless your building a show vehicle this thing will power what your running for cheap. Most petty criminals wouldn't have even thought a battery was worth anything. Has to be someone who knows car audio. Tie a pipe bomb under his car, and tie the fuse to the exhaust manifold.

you say that it was the seller that did this..

in order for this to happen that means one of two things..

1. either the seller knows where you were staying or live

2. the seller followed you ALL the way to where you were sleeping last night

can you explain how you know for a fact and have 100% evidence that it was him...

just curious.

ok.. he came to the HOUSE im staying at......

he just called and said it was probably someone who was watching the "transaction"... it was like 1 AM... nothing but old people and little kids live here....

he said he will give the police his finger prints... he said he is 100% sure they wont get anything from him..
