SCAMMER SCREENAME!!! Help Appreciated!!!

Is there any way to track down a scammer from his email address, screename, paypal address, or ebay account? My friend has all that info on a scammer.

My friend has proof this guy lied about a product he sold. She bought some designer jeans from him off of ebay, and instead of getting the jeans, she got a letter from boarder protection saying the jeans were counterfeit and that they were seizing them.

Email address: blogtv@hotmail.com

Name attached to Email address (Probably Fake): usher marad

Any information that you can get from him would be greatly appreciated.

And I will get his ebay screename from my friend tomorrow.

If the seller is out of the country good luck! I would just have him file a paypal complaint and see what happens, chances are they are the seller is already aware of what happened and has pulled all the money out of PP.

Also are you sure the letter is real?

The guy purposely delayed shipping so much, that it is past the 45 days that you are allowed to file a paypal claim.

Yes it is real haha. I saw it, and I even called the us boarder protection people for her haha.
