Anybody have experiance with both? Im looking at strapping 2 1500s. Any idea what increase I will have on the meter? Im a 143.3 now with a ZX2500 at the headrest, birthed at 2787 at 14.4. I charge at 13.8. A 144 will be great.

your not going to gain much by 300-500rms. I'd just stick with your amp unless your strapping at 1ohm.

A gain is a gain no matter how I look at it. Im setting up to move up to DC XLs next year. The power comes first since my Level 4s can handle it with their upgraded coils

I have hit a 143.9 with my old crescendo BC2K at .5ohm. It was rated 2800 at 13.8. So I see a 144 of the 1500s

your willing to spend over a grand to gain maybe 1/10th? work on the box first then worry about power.

Nothing is coming out of pocket. A box would and I am maxed out on the box. So the question still stands unanswered

I'm sorry but what your trying to do is retarded. you will not see any real gain by switching to either set of amplifiers. Your box is far from "maxed" out when your score is well under my music score with 10's as well.

Let's try this again. I can't change the box unless I lose the back seat. The amp I have now is not making rated on my electrical. The plan is to have a solid 3k for next years change to xls. I'm not going to run anymore power then that. If I did it would put me in a class of high powered 15s that I can't touch. I am competative in db2 now. A bit more power would give me a good shot at finals is its anything like last season.
