Well when you say old people, people are going to assume the elderly, and I don't think you understand how loud a good pair of 12s on 3500 watts would be. They're gonna be doing more than hearing it, they will definitely be feeling it.
People on this forum aren't going to like you if you are building a system for reasons other than your own personal enjoyment, especially if it is to be heard outside the car or to annoy people. The outside community looks down on car audio since they assume people get a system for that very reason.

got **** you. now im looking this up. *typing* c r e s c e n d o 35 00 d *enter* ok i researched the crescendo 3500d and it seems pretty promising and is for daily use not comps cool.

Bc5500 or DC 5k. You will have plenty on tap if you upgrade in the future but for now you can set it to push 3-4k. Buy one if those!

Aq3500.1 on a solid pair of 12.s or 15.s will probably get u louder than you.ve ever heard

when i first got into car audio i was the same as op... just looking to turn heads and have people say "wow he's boomin". since then i have learned that that is not the way to go about doing it. every red light i come to i throw my bass knob down to it's lowest.

i've learned that if people wanna hear your setup, they'll approach you and ask questions, then offer them a demo!

same here. im not really like that anymore, i still have my moments but not like i use to. and yea i dont like just sitting at lights with my system blazing. hell when im riding around the highest ill go is 1/2 tilt, but most of time ill ride at about 1/4 tilt.

imo both amps are great but i like my saz amp maybe im just a nut hugger but who cares , but yeah if u dont wanna spend 1k on a amp crescendo3500d is a great amp never heard the audioque amps before

The aq3500.1 is a bit more stout of a amp than the saz or the bc3500

yeah ive heard nothing bad abouts aq amps just never heard one in person

Yea i have the aq and messed with many saz.s and had the bc3500...my buddy clamped 5200 fron his rising to .7
