Good 2000-2500 mono watt amps?

Hi im putting in two dd 2512 in my chevy avalanche and the guy quoted me with 2000 watt hifionics amp for 350 but idn how good there and when I got home and went on amazon I found a RE amp 5000x for 300 And ive heard Re subs are good but I have never heard about the amps. I would go with the dd amp but im trying to stay at 2500 bucks for my stereo with pioneer d seires speakers amp and with a deck. So which would you go with and Is there any other good amps that push around 2000-2500 for under 450

dc 2.0 for a bit more , same with a vfl 120.1 ,or a vfl 4480 for 320 ,saz 2500 for a bit more most of these amps will be around $500 new .you can get a good amp from one of the vendors here.the re amp isn't that good ,better than the hifonics but not much better .

the 2.0 has been clamped at 2600 rms rising to 1 ohm from .5

Wouldn't recommend hifonics on a $450 budget. But just FYI, if he's trying to sell you the new brx line, that amp is $300 shipped on sonic electronix
