sax-100.4 or rockford t600.4

so im thinking of geting either the sundown 100.4 or rockford t600.4 both are good the difference between them is the price the RF is 120$ more is it worth it ? you tell me

 

i still haven't picked my component speakers but im thinking ill go with

FOCAL P165 V30 6.5" CAR 2-WAY COMPONENT SPEAKERS
