SAX-100.4 on a IDMAX12?

I've been very happy with the Image Dynamics components. So I plan to replace my two JL 8W7s with an IDMAX12 v3. The main reason is to get some space in my trunk back and I'd like to get lower notes that these 8's can't get to.

I am also very pleased with the Sundown amps. I've been considering a 5-ch, but since I already have three SAX-125.2, I mught as well keep one of them and replace the two sub amps with one bigger one to power the IDMAX.

You think the 100.4 (320x2 @ 4 ohm) would be enough?
