save or not to save...

i want to recone my ia dp 15 to a 21, should i "save" some money and gain exp. by practicing on a 15" recone? Or buy all the equip. for the 21" and make my first one count:crazy:

Why would you recone a perfectly good sub? Sell it and buy a 21.

thats why im askin if i should save a little money (possibly only in the long run) by a practice run with a 15" recone first. a 15" recone has to be less than half the cost of the parts + recone of the 21"

if i do that ill atleast have 1 under my belt, i love my 15, but that 21 is calling

Why not find someone who knows how its done and have them walk you through it? That way you know you won't **** it up and you can get your 21.
