hey all i was pulled over the other day and was arrested for having a lot of ecstasy pills. the cop said i ran a stop sign but i KNOW i didnt. i saw the cop and I completely stopped and signalled. He pulled me over as i drove off... One thing lead to another and he eventually searched my car for weapons and found the ecstasy. the only reason he pulled me over is because 4 years ago i was arrested at school for some kid that got jumped and he said he recognized me from when i was arrested. i really didnt jump the kid but thtas besides the point. the cop didnt even mention thati ran a stop sign when i got pulled over. but the police report says he claims i did. my friend told me that theres satellites that are constantly taking pictures from the skies. he said i could pay a company to retrieve the stop sign incident pictures that are taken from the satellites and prove that i didnt run it.. bullshit??

One, sorry to hear about that. Two, I HIGHLY doubt your going to get anything from a camera... Ill explain what you should do in a second. But a still picture wouldn't show either or not you stopped at the stop sight would it? It would be a still image... so it wouldnt help any ways....

Ive been through cases like this with friends and my moms an attorney.

step one lawyer

step two make the cop prove with his video tape that you ran the stop sign.

step three (IF YOUR TELLING THE TRUTH) file to get the charges dismissed on illegal search.

Now those steps will only work unless you GAVE HIM THE RIGHT TO SEARCH YOUR CAR.

ie...

cop: can i search your car sir

you: yes

your ****ed. because you gave him permission.

Just thought i would let you know. You never have to let them in your car. But it looks bad when you don't let them in, but if you have something your better off just saying give me the ticket and leave me alone. and say no, and say i want a lawyer.

But honestly... it comes down to this....

1. still images wont help.

2. if you can disprove the reason for being stopped it doesn't change the drugs. the drug offense inst even related to the motor vehicle and so there for is irrelevantly to the stopping.

3. If it was more then 1 kind of x he will probably getting manslaughter 1. Because x falls into that category or felony toxin or something. just like mushrooms are manslaughter because they are poison.

4. if by god spirit you do get off these charges youll be under watch like no other for about a year. Even if you think your not they will be and they will get you being stupid again.

Next time i bet they just open fire on your *** and plant a gun thats how pissed they will be if this case falls through.
