There are many private companies with satellites that you can get images from.. If you are actually going to call them..... dont be an idiot like you have been proven to be so far.. You are going to need your exact coordinates,, exact time of day etc.....

I have been working in the humanitarian field for some time. We have made requests for satellite imagry of areas where we have been working.. Some specific requests were 3 grand a picture.. Of course,, we ended getting them for free because we were a humanitarian NGO.

Anyway,,,, pretty fukin stupid to be rolling around with X in your car. YOu dont have any better game than that??

so he was actually right? he was saying it would be VERY VERY expensive. but do they really keep a database and if so how long ago would it be? my potential sentence could be a county year which would be 6 months in a county jail. im aiming for probation. I get X like candy and was treating it like candy.. had a couple all around the car. stupid i know. lesson learned.

yes,,, he was right but it is a bit more complicated than simply that.

Satellites orbit the earth. The satellite has to be in the right orbit at the right moment to get a picture of where you were at the moment of the stopsign incident.. Then,, there are many other variables. Was it cloudy? what was the exact weather at the time. Satellites cant take the kind of picture you want through clouds. Also, as was mentioned before, satellites only take so many pictures per minute. Even if you can find the right picture, the only way to prove you werent moving is if the satellite happened to take several pictures of your exact coordinate within a few seconds,, which is highly unlikely, to say the best. Military satelites get moved around and sent to specific coordinates to take pictures based on need. But,, you will never get on to them, and it is after the fact anyway.

from what i know,, there is no satellite video even with the best satellites.

Anyway, after all of that,,, you are gonna have to pay out the *** to find an attorney good enough, to use that evidence, even though unlikely you would ever get it, to defend you.

so assume IF it even exists,, you will pay thousands for the pictures,, thousands for fellony attorney,, thousands for court time because,, no prosecuter will make a deal with evidence like that... you are at least at 10-20 thousand right there..

If it can be PROVEN that the arresting officer lied about the reason for the pull over,,,,,,

The case could technically be dismissed...

I have seen it happen and it is a joke,, but.. people on both sides of the law are bound by the same rules..

My baby brother got drunk,, and he had just bought a sick audi s4 twin turbo..

police tried to pull him over. YES he had been drinking... He throttled it.. SUPER FAST.... got so far ahead of the police as his car beat the shi.t out of theirs..

The idiot ended up wrecking it (thank god no one was hurt)

Because the police were soooo far behing him... After his wreck,, he got out of car and hid under leaves (2 meters from car). Finally after searching for miles,, they found him buried next to his car.. Yes,, he admitted it was his car,, he admitted he had been drinking,,, never admitted he was driving..

Because no police actually COULD PROVE he was the driver,, case got dismissed. (with a good attorney)

Point is,,, everyone KNEW he did it,,, BUT.... no one could prove it...

would have never happened without a good attorney.. Legal system here in us is ****ed.
