*thumbs up*i can only see how he'd be comparing prices between 1500 series and SA series. the 600w part i read above somewhere confirms the SA power rating. if there is to be a usability comparison between the 1512 and the SA12, you have a sure fire bet with the SA12. it is a very well-rounded subwoofer and can yield wide-bandwidth results without the use of massive amounts of space. the power handling of the SA12 is greater than the 1512 as well, but the overall subwoofer and enclosure combined efficiency is what the goal should be. the SA is a hands-down easy choice for almost ANY application.
