which should i go with, and what amp would power these to their full capacity?

the 1512 in the dd.is an ok woofer but way too much money for it. you would do better with dc level 3 i can get from dc 425 shipped for both . better yet i can do the level 4s for 600 shipped new for a pair

Those aren't prices for the subs themselves are they? And do you know which series the DDs are?

the 1500 series has beat the sa by .1db in 2 3rd party test.

so basically not enough to notice. Get what you like, for me it would be the DD's

and the dd's will max out at 1500rms each and 1000-1200 is safe. not sure on the sa's, but remember power handling is not the best way to see whats louder. Also the dd's do better with low power than the SA's

i got the email of distributers from canada and asked for a price. so im pretty sure thats why you guys think its alot. they do ship from us though i believe.

yes they are the 1512s, still not sure what to decide with, everyone is saying something different
