Sandisk Help!?

Ok i just got a sandisk sansa e280 and i got the mp3's on it but can't figure out how to put the videos on it and need some help if anyone can it would be greatly appreciated. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif i already used the search button and google search to try to find answers none yet. thx in advance.
