I rate them 400-watts RMS -- so 1600-2000 on tap for four would work nicely.so for a loud daily setup maybe 4 of these @ 4 cubes tuned @ say 38 to 40 ... what kind of pwr would u reccomend ?
The suspension on these is purposely really stiff -- it is quite difficult to hit the excursion limits without actually trying to do so //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif****! nice score and wow they held on alot of power. probley only at res frequency would they hold up to that much power though.

Tuan,Looks like an awesome driver.
What is the xmax, xmag and xsus?
Tuan
8 inch sub with 25mm xmax? good for sealed setup?Tuan,
Xmax by 70% BL is 17.5 mm
At 22mm rearward you will tap the top plate with the triple joint ring - the suspension will allow this much travel without breaking as we did it yesterday in testing with over 10x the rated power on tap on burps.
I am going to add a small spacer on the spider landing to increase this to 25mm for production as the coil doesn't reach the end of the gap until 27.25mm of throw.
Fresh T/S specs :whats the Fs on these?
That is x-mech -- mechanically allowable throw, not x-max //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif8 inch sub with 25mm xmax? good for sealed setup?
Sean's CRX has an amp rack all up in our business *laughs* So my box wouldn't fit.Thread jack, think SA 10s will be due in around same time as 8s or longer ways away?
49 legal with 2 8s is no joke ha. You should try a street A setup in that rex with these
