Which would you recommend? I will be powering with 500RMS

If you can be as detailed as possible regarding SQL, SPL, reliability, etc.

Although not many folks buy the SA-10/12 for "SQ" -- they perform quite well in this regard.

If i was going ported, this would be a no brainer and I would pick up the SA 10/12. However, I think I will have to be going sealed .75^3 box.

It seems that the IDQv3 has been getting great reviews in sealed and I haven't seen many reviews on the SA 10 in sealed

I really cannot think of anyone off the top of my head that has actually installed an SA-10 sealed. There is no reason for them not to be ran sealed -- just seems everyone wants to port them and beat the block down //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

What about the 10s?And he asked about power.....is 500 watts enough for a pair of SA10 sealed?
Depending on box size it could work just fine -- they still perform well without gobs of power //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I installed one pair of 10s sealed -- and it also performed quite well.

No problem. The Dayton ultimax is one of the better sounding sealed subs I’ve heard. I kinda want to try the 18 in my ride.
