question on separation of basket/motor

im taking the motors off some aqs and was wondering if there is a certain way to get the motor off the basket after its unscrewed because its also glued and the last basket/motor i separated didnt have glue.

just heat up all around he motor to loosen the glue, then pry the basket away from the motor?

yeah a little bit of heat should do the trick some of them are stuck on there dam well

should i expect the motor to get some nicks in it lol?

or does it matter if the top of the motor does?

well if you dont want to pry on it then heat it up really well and turn the basket and that should make it come loose if you heat it up well enough

Hobby Lobby sells ca glue debonder for like $3 and the shit works great.

what ya do is hold the motor and tap the outer edge of the basket with a rubber hammer. it will come rite off...
